Capital Management Advisors ( CMA ) was formed in 2002 to offer investment banking, strategic consulting, financial advisory and asset management services to clients operating throughout the Middle East, North Africa and South Asia ("Region"). CMA's management team brings extensive experience of over 17 years in the Region with a specific sector specialization in the media, entertainment, education, IT technology and telecommunications sectors.

Over the last several years CMA has been involved with the setting up of several prestigious projects in the region as well as in arranging expansion capital for existing companies in the Region. CMA is primarily focused on private equity and has been involved with corporate finance transactions in excess of US$ 500 million. On its managed investments, CMA has invested into several early stage companies.

The management of CMA maintains excellent relationships with leading companies in the media and telecommunications industry throughout the region. This allows CMA an insight into current trends in the regional industry, which combined with CMA's international contacts, provides CMA with, a comprehensive and detailed overview of the television, satellite, cable, DTH, IT, entertainment, communications and technology industries.
